Integrative Life Coach & Mentor (ICF trained)

Through life coaching and mentoring, I help you to connect with your inner voice and realise your desired goals.
All sessions are inclusive to LGBTQIA+ and allies (hetero-friendly).

The Queer Life Journey

We all face a number of challenges in our lives and at times it is all too easy to get stuck when we reach that fork in the road. Along the queer life journey, these challenges come with extra layers of insecurity, guilt, shame and fear of being judged for who we are. Such feelings can be present even when we appear to be at our most prosperous or well presented, often causing us to live a less authentic life than we would like to. LGBTQIA+ life coaching and mentoring offers a safe, non-judgmental space for us to explore our true goals and desires in order to move our lives forward in an authentic way. Whichever direction we may choose, I feel it is important that we root our decisions in that authenticity and try to achieve a healthy balance between our drive for success and our need for well-being.

What is Life Coaching?

Coaching offers a non-judgmental and confidential space to facilitate your journey of self-development and growth. During this non-directive process you will be given the opportunity to explore your life from different perspectives and clarify what your true goals are moving forward. You already have all the answers you need inside of you. As we work together I will support you in finding and connecting with your inner voice. My methods follow the standard of the International Coaching Foundation (ICF).

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring offers a non-judgmental and confidential space for you to work towards your goals on a more practical level. I will share my knowledge, ideas and feedback as we work together to develop a strategy for you to achieve your desired outcome. Whether it be coming up with an action plan or brainstorming creative ideas, it is always beneficial to seek a second opinion in order to better ones perspective on what they are doing. Although mentoring is a more hands on approach than coaching, I still believe that the final decisions should always be up to you. Therefore, we may discuss a number of different options but remember that it is still your project and you are very much in the driver’s seat.

Disclaimer: I am not a therapist and neither coaching nor mentoring are therapy.

I am a student member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Continuing to develop my knowledge in the field of Psychology supplements my Life Coaching and Mentoring work with a scientific understanding of the human mind and behaviour enabling me to better assess your needs. If I feel that what you bring to our sessions requires something other than coaching or mentoring I will advise accordingly. It is absolutely fine if you wish to receive coaching or mentoring alongside any therapy you may be having elsewhere, just be aware that the expectations and outcomes of these practices are very different.
